Fraud Alert: TYLER RIGSBEE Accused of Stealing Money From Customer

SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA – Have you lost money with financial advisor Tyler Rigsbee, formerly of Wells Fargo in Sacramento, California?  We are looking into allegations made against Tyler Rigsbee, who was fired by Wells Fargo in 2021.  It was alleged that Rigsbee received client funds in his personal account, after being transferred from Wells Fargo to another firm, and then to Rigsbee’s bank account, without the customer’s permission.

Tyler Rigsbee was a registered representative of Wells Fargo from October 2016 to April 2021.  He has worked at branch offices in Sacramento, California.

Brokerage firms have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
