Have you lost money with financial advisor Eric Rolshoven of FSC Securities Corp.? 

We are investigating allegations of former customers related to Eric Rolshoven (CRD # 1601679)  who has worked in Missoula, Montana; Florence, Montana; and Eagle, Idaho. Eric D. Rolshoven’s CRD report, a public record maintained by FINRA, states that Rolshoven has been the subject of two customer complaints.  The customers claim Rolshoven sold them unsuitable investments in private placements and real estate investments.

Eric Rolshoven was a registered representative of FSC Securities Corp. from 1994 to May 2015. Rolshoven was also affiliated with SII Investments from June 2015 to August 2015, and with American Independent Securities Group from August 2017 to the present.  He has worked at branch offices in Missoula, Montana; Florence, Montana; and Eagle, Idaho.  Rolshoven also operates Treasure State Retirement Planning, and he was also fined $15,000 by the Montana Securities Commission regarding a failure to supervise investments (including Invizeon) sold by Barry Hartman.

Brokerage firms like FSC Securities Corp. have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
