Charles Kenahan Fired by Merrill Lynch

Have you invested with Charles Kenahan, formerly with Merrill Lynch? Charles Kenahan was fired by Merrill Lynch in July 2019.  Kenahan, who previously worked in the Boston, Massachusetts office, was terminated regarding allegations that he excessively traded (or churned) customers accounts and made unsuitable investments for customers.

This is no surprise, as Kenahan has been the subject of 4 customer complaints, all of which were filed within the last two years, according to BrokerCheck.  Two of the customer complaints alleged damages of $40 million.

Charles Kenahan was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch from 2007 to July 2019.  He worked at a branch office in Boston, Massachusetts.
