Complaints Against Anthony Caine, Anish Parvataneni, LJM Funds Management
Have you lost money investing in the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund? The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint against LJM Funds Management, the company who managed the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund. The SEC also named the two primary portfolio managers, Anthony Caine and Anish Parvataneni. Despite the name of the fund, the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund lost over 80% of its value in just a few days in February 2018, causing the fund to fold shortly thereafter.
Financial advisors and stockbrokers who recommended the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund without adequately disclosing the risks to investors may be liable for investment losses. Moreover, if the investment in LJM was unsuitable for the investor, the advisors and their firms could be liable.
