Advisor Douglas Buczak, Formerly with Cambridge Investment Research, Subject of Customer Complaint

BIRMINGHAM, MICHIGAN

Have you lost money investing in private placements and real estate investments with advisor Douglas Buczak?  The investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into a customer arbitration claim made against Douglas Buczak, a financial advisor who previously worked with Cambridge Investment Research from Birmingham, Michigan.  A customer alleged that he made unsuitable investment recommendations to invest in high commission, risky, non-conventional investments like private placements and real estate investments.  The customer complaint was filed in FINRA arbitration.

Mr. Buczak had been affiliated with Cambridge Investment Research from 2009 to May 2018, and he then worked for Raymond James from May 2018 to July 2021.  He worked from offices in Birmingham and Troy, Michigan.  Buczak also worked with Gibson & Company.

As a FINRA member firm, Cambridge Investment Research has a duty to reasonably supervise the conduct of Douglas Buczak.  If it failed to do so, it could be responsible for investor losses.
