Former Morgan Stanley Advisor Shawn Good Barred by FINRA

WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA

Are you a former or current customer of financial advisor Shawn Good of Wilmington, North Carolina?  The investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Shawn E. Good.  Shawn Good was terminated by Morgan Stanley in March 2022 regarding “client accusations” according to FINRA’s BrokerCheck.

FINRA then initiated an investigation after Good’s termination from Morgan Stanley.  He refused to respond to FINRA’s investigation, so he was barred from the securities brokerage industry.

Shawn Good worked for Morgan Stanley in Wilmington, North Carolina.  He had been with Morgan Stanley from December 2012 to March 2022.

Morgan Stanley is a FINRA member and abide by FINRA rules.  FINRA rules require securities brokerage firms to reasonably supervise the activities of its representatives like Shawn Good.  Morgan Stanley could be responsible for investor losses if it failed to reasonably supervise Good.
