Heath Goldstein, with Western International Securities, Subject of Two GWG Complaints

SUMMIT, PENNSYLVANIA

Have you invested in GWG investments with financial advisor Heath Goldstein from Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania? Our securities arbitration law firm is looking into allegations made against Heath Goldstein, who has been licensed with Western International Securities since June 2016.

FINRA’s BrokerCheck discloses that Goldstein has been the subject of two complaints involving GWG investments in the last two months.  In particular, Goldstein’s firm Western International Securities has been sued in FINRA arbitration for one claim involving GWG Holdings L bonds, and for one claim involving GWG preferred stock.  When GWG Holdings bankruptcy filed for bankruptcy, it likely means that investors will have suffered significant losses in their GWG investments.  The GWG investments carried significant risk.  If a recommendation to invest in GWG L bonds was unsuitable for a customer, then Goldstein and Western International Securities could be responsible for any investor losses.

Heath Goldstein has worked in an office in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania for Western International Securities since June 2016.  In addition to the two other customer complaints filed involving GWG, Goldstein has been the subject of three other customer complaints and three tax liens.

Our securities arbitration law firm is currently representing multiple investors who lost money in GWG L bonds.  Our investment fraud law firm represents investors throughout the country, including investors in Pennsylvania.
