Eric Garcia, with Infinex Investments, Subject of Complaint Involving Offshore Annuities

Are you a current or former customer of advisor Eric Garcia, with Infinex Investments in Coral Gables, Florida? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into allegations made against Eric Jose Garcia. Infinex Investments and Eric Garcia are the subject of a customer complaint that was filed in November 2022.
The customer complaint alleges that Garcia recommended an offshore annuity as an investment. The offshore annuity allegedly lost $100,000 for a customer who was seeking safety and preservation of capital.
