Jermaine Benjamin, Formerly with Pruco Securities, Barred from Securities Industry

Have you invested with advisor Jermaine Benjamin in Tampa, Florida? Pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210, Mr. Benjamin is mandated to cooperate with FINRA investigations.  Likewise, Pruco Securities must adequately monitor the conduct of its advisors.  If it failed to adequately supervise Benjamin or other advisors, the firm could be responsible for financial losses.
