Bo Li, formerly of J.P. Morgan Securities, Barred by FINRA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Bo Li of Salt Lake City, Utah?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Bo S. Li. In July 2016, FINRA filed a complaint and sought to bar Li from the securities industry after he failed to respond to a FINRA investigation.  FINRA was investigating Li regarding allegations that he was fired by his brokerage firm, J.P. Morgan Securities, because he allegedly structured transactions in his personal bank account to avoid federal reporting requirements.  On December 6, 2016, FINRA barred him because he did not respond.

Bo Li was a financial advisor and registered representative of J.P. Morgan Securities from October 2012 to November 2014, and with Chase Investment Services from January 2011 to October 2012.  He worked at a branch office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Brokerage firms like J.P.
