INVESTOR ALERT! Susan Welo

Ronald Broadstone, formerly of UBS Financial Services, Barred from Securities Industry

Have you lost money with financial advisor Ronald Broadstone of New Albany, Ohio?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Ronald Dale Broadstone. FINRA barred Broadstone from the securities industry after he failed to respond to a FINRA investigation.  FINRA was investigating Broadstone to determine whether he was misusing or misappropriating customer funds, engaging in unauthorized trading, and settled a customer complaint without notifying his firm, UBS Financial Services.

Ronald Broadstone was a financial advisor and registered representative of UBS Financial Services from 2007 to April 2017.   He worked at a branch office in New Albany, Ohio.  Broadstone has been the subject of two customer complaints, and he was terminated by UBS for this alleged conduct.
