 Israels & Neuman, PLC Investigates Travis Dillard, Formerly of Morgan Stanley

Have you lost money with financial advisor Travis Dillard (CRD# 1741428) of Morgan Stanley in Tucson, Arizona?  We are investigating allegations of former customers related to Travis K. Dillard.  His CRD report, a public record maintained by FINRA, states that he has been the subject of six customer complaints while he was affiliated with Morgan Stanley, a securities brokerage firm.

Specifically, Travis Dillard’s CRD contains the following allegations:

  1. One former client alleged $500,000 in damages related to common and preferred stock, and the client alleged that the annuity was unsuitable. The case settled for $87,500, and Dillard did not contribute to the settlement;
  2. Another former client alleged $500,000 in damages related to common and preferred stock, and the client alleged that the annuity was unsuitable. The case also settled for $87,500, and Dillard did not contribute to the settlement; and
  3. Another client alleged $90,000 in losses in equities, as well as oil and gas investments, and the case settled for $30,000 (Dillard again did not contribute).

In July 2017, Travis Dillard obtained an arbitration award which seeks to expunge the last of the three complaints mentioned above.  In order to complete the expungement process, Dillard is required to get the arbitration award confirmed with a court of competent jurisdiction.

Travis Dillard was a registered representative of Morgan Stanley from 2004 to August 2015.  He also now works with Wells Fargo, from September 2015 to the present.  He has worked at branch offices in Tucson, Arizona.
