INVESTOR ALERT! Robert Renteria Herrera of PFS Investments in El Paso, TX

Sandlapper Securities, Trevor Gordon, Jack Bixler, and Saltwater Disposal Well Facilities

Have you lost money investing in saltwater disposal well facilities through Sandlapper Securities?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Sandlapper Securities, and its CEO Trevor Gordon and its President of the Capital Markets Division, Jack Bixler.  FINRA alleged that Sandlapper Securities sold investments in saltwater disposal well facilities at excessive markups, which is alleged to have totaled $8 million.

FINRA alleged that Gordon, Bixler, and two other representatives of Sandlapper formed a fund to invest in saltwater disposal wells.  FINRA further alleged that Sandlapper, Gordon, and Bixler extracted ill-gotten profits from the fund for themselves.  Furthermore, FINRA alleged that Gordon and Bixler set up a development company between the fund and the best available market for two wells.  Gordon and Bixler allegedly used their development company to purchase interests in these wells and then sell them to the fund for undisclosed markups of between 161 and 270 percent.  FINRA alleged that Gordon and Bixler violated their fiduciary duties to the fund by charging the excessive markups and not disclosing such to investors.
