Abraham Biderman, formerly with Palladium Capital Advisors, Barred from Securities Industry

 

Have you lost money with financial advisor Abraham Biderman from New York, New York?  We are investigating into allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Abraham or “Abe” Biderman.  FINRA barred Biderman from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation regarding allegations that Biderman participated in a private securities transaction without disclosing such to his former brokerage firm, Palladium Capital Advisors.

 

Abraham Biderman was a registered representative and financial advisor with Palladium Capital Advisors from July 2006 to February 2018.  He was also previously affiliated with Lipper Convertibles.  He worked out of a branch office in New York, New York.  They also worked with MPhase Technologies, European American Group, and Eagle Strategic Advisers.

 

Broker-dealers like Palladium Capital Advisors have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm, including investments sold by their registered representatives.  Broker-dealers also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations.  When broker-dealers fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
