FINRA Investigates Beau Bays, Formerly with LPL Financial

PLANO, TEXAS

Are you a former client of stockbroker Beau Bays also known as Beliveau Bays in Plano, Texas? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing allegations made against Bays, who previously worked for LPL Financial. FINRA’s Disciplinary Database reveals that he was the subject of a FINRA complaint (see Complaint attached below).

FINRA alleged that Beau Bays forged the electronic signatures of four customers on six account applications and one transfer. The customers allegedly did not give their permission for Bays to do this. FINRA seeks to punish Bays for this conduct.

Mr. Bays was an affiliate of LPL Financial from July 2019 to March 2021, and with TCFG Wealth Management from May 2021 to October 2021. He worked in Plano, Texas and has also been the subject of four customer complaints. He was terminated by both LPL Financial in 2021 and another firm in 2016.
