Securities Fraud Law Firm Investigates Brian Kennedy, Formerly with Lincoln Financial Advisors, Regarding Oil and Gas Investments

The law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing customer complaints made against Brian Kennedy, who has been the subject of two customer complaints, both of which were filed in March and April 2022.

The two complaints in 20022 allege unsuitable oil and gas investments. The complaints about the oil and gas investments did not specify the amount of damages.

Brian Kennedy had been registered with Lincoln Financial Advisors from 2010 to October 2018. He was later affiliated with Concourse Financial Group (formerly ProEquities) and Cambridge Investment Research. He operated offices in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania during this time.

Pursuant to FINRA Rules, Brian Kennedy has an obligation to make suitable investment recommendations to his customers. If he fails to do so, he and/or his brokerage firm could be responsible for investor losses.
