Customer Complaints Involving Aaron Graham in Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH Have you lost money with Aaron Graham, a financial advisor with United Planners Financial Services in Salt Lake City, Utah? Graham was recently the subject of a customer complaint. The customer alleged that Graham violated his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of exchange traded funds, or ETFs.

This is not Aaron Graham’s first customer complaint; it is the fourth, three of which have been made within the last four years. An April 2019 complaint involving ETFs was denied by United Planners Financial Services. Another complaint made in January 2022, also involving ETFs, alleged damages of $4.3 million and settled for $850,000.

Aaron B. Graham has worked at offices in Salt Lake City, Utah. Graham had been with United Planners Financial Services since 2005. He is also an investment advisory representative of AG Financial since 2006.
