Two Customer Complaints Made Against Morgan Stanley Involving Craig Thistlewaite,
PERRYSBURG, OHIO
Israels & Neuman, a securities arbitration law firm, is looking into allegations made against Morgan Stanley advisor Craig Thistlewaite in Perrysburg, Ohio. According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Thistlewaite has been the subject of two customer complaints, both of which were made within the last seven months. Both of the customer complaints allege that Thistlewaite and Morgan Stanley utilized an unsuitable options trading strategy, which caused losses to investors.
One of the complaints was made in August 2021, and the other complaint was made in February 2022. The complaints allege conduct regarding Craig Thistlewaite while he was registered with Morgan Stanley, which has been from June 2009 to the present. Thistlewaite works in a branch office in Perrysburg, Ohio.
