Dusty Sternadel was a representative of Ameriprise Financial Services from December 2018 to July 2022. Sternadel was also previously with Morgan Stanley and Edward Jones. She worked in offices in Wichita Falls, Texas, and she was also the subject of a 2016 customer complaint.

Pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210, registered representatives must respond to FINRA investigations. Also, FINRA Rule 3110 requires that securities firms like Ameriprise Financial Services adequately monitor their representatives. If the firm fails to provide sufficient supervision, they could be responsible for financial damages.
