Next Financial Group Advisor Farid Farhoumand Subject of Recent Complaint

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA

The complaint alleges that Farhoumand made an unsuitable recommendation in two BDCs or business development companies. BrokerCheck discloses that the business development companies (BDC) allegedly lost $100,000.

Farid Farhoumand works in a Fort Wayne, Indiana office. In addition to the complaint mentioned above, he has been the subject of 13 other customer complaints during his career in the securities industry.

Brokerage firms in the securities industry must reasonably supervise their advisors. If the firms fail to do so, they could be liable for investment losses.
