Nicholas Huniak Fired By Country Capital Management Company

GRANITE CITY, ILLINOIS

Have you invested with financial advisor Nicholas Huniak from Granite City, Illinois? We are reviewing allegations made against Nicholas Huniak. According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Nick Huniak was fired by Country Capital Management Company in November 2022.

BrokerCheck further reveals that Huniak was terminated after Country Capital concluded that Huniak failed to disclose a customer complaint and named himself a beneficiary on an annuity for a non-immediate family member which is against firm policy. A customer complaint regarding these allegations was made in August 2022.

Nicholas Huniak worked in Granite City, Illinois with Country Capital Management Company from August 2008 to November 2022. Huniak was also an agent with Country Financial.

Most brokerage firms have internal policies which dictate what advisors can and cannot do. If the advisor or broker fails to follow firm policy, that could lead to discipline against the advisor, including termination.
