Raymi Valdes, Formerly with PFS Investments, Barred from Securities Industry MIAMI, FLORIDA Are you a former client of financial advisor Raymi Valdes in Miami, Florida? Our firm is looking into claims made against Raymi N. Valdes. According to FINRA, Valdes was recently barred from the securities industry by FINRA after she failed to respond to an investigation.

Raymi Valdes worked from PFS Investments (Primerica) from January 2018 to August 2021. While associated with this brokerage firm, Valdes allegedly solicited others to invest in a merchant cash advance business. Since the solicitations were not disclosed and approved by PFS Investments, she was terminated. That led to FINRA launching an investigation, and Valdes’ failure to respond to FINRA led to her expulsion from the securities industry.

Valdes was affiliated with PFS Investments as a non-registered fingerprint person of a FINRA member firm. As such, he was required to respond to FINRA’s investigation. Moreover, PFS Investments has an obligation to reasonably supervise her.
