Financial Advisor Robert Lee Golding Barred from Securities Industry

ALPENA, MICHIGAN Are you a former client of financial advisor Robert Lee Golding in Alpena, Michigan? Our law firm is looking into claims made against Robert Lee Golding also known as Rob Golding, who previously worked with Pruco Securities and Prudential Insurance. According to FINRA’s Disciplinary Database, he was barred from the securities industry by FINRA.

FINRA was investigating Golding after he “voluntarily resigned” from Pruco Securities while under internal investigation in September 2022. He allegedly submitted “non-genuine” client signatures on two annuity applications and misdated a company form. He then refused to cooperate with FINRA’s investigation.

Rob Golding was registered with Pruco Securities from February 2018 to September 2022. He worked in Alpena, Michigan. Golding was also the subject of a customer complaint that settled for $43,000 in February 2023.
