Settlement Due to MARK YOUNG and TCA Global Credit Fund Losses
Royal Alliance Associates Advisor Mark Young Subject of Two Seven-Figure Complaints TOPEKA, KANSAS
The Law Firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing claims made by former customers of Mark Young, a financial advisor with Royal Alliance Associates from Topeka, Kansas. According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Mark Young has been named in two customer complaints since August 2020. Both complaints make allegations surrounding recommendations made by Mark Young to invest in a private investment fund.
One customer complaint already settled for $3 million, and the second customer complaint was filed in September 2021 but has not yet been resolved. Young was believed to have sold investments in the TCA Global Credit Fund.
Mark Young has been affiliated with Royal Alliance Associates beginning in November 2006. Young had also been registered as an investment advisor with Investment Advisors Asset Management from 2004 to June 2020, and he has a number of outside businesses, including McMorin, Inc.; Heartland Financial Services; Jayhawk Associates; Rock Creek Equity; and Limestone Holdings. Young has worked in an office in Topeka, Kansas.
Royal Alliance Associates has a duty to reasonably supervise the conduct of Mark Young. If it failed to do so, it could be responsible for investor losses.
