Have you invested with financial advisor Michael Giannetti of McKinney, Texas? The investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Michael Giannetti. In 2022, FINRA barred him from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation. He was alleged to have engaged in an outside business activity without disclosing such to his former brokerage firm, MML Investors Services.

Michael J. Giannetti had been affiliated with MML Investors Services from March 2016 to December 2021. He also sold insurance through MassMutual and worked at a branch office in McKinney, Texas.

MML Investors Services is a FINRA member and must follow all FINRA rules. This includes rules to reasonably supervise the activities of its representatives. A failure to sufficiently monitor the activities of its advisors could render MML Investors Services liable for Giannetti’s conduct.
