Bradley Kavanagh, Formerly with Park Avenue Securities, Barred from Securities Industry

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA

Did you suffer financial losses due to recommendations of Bradley Kavanagh, formerly with Park Avenue Securities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana?  In August 2022, Bradley Kavanagh was barred from the securities industry in after he failed to respond to a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) investigation.  FINRA was investigating Kavanagh after he was terminated by his former brokerage firm, Park Avenue Securities.

Park Avenue Securities terminated Kavanagh after he allegedly used text messaging to communicate with investors without firm approval, and Kavanagh also allegedly solicited equity transactions without having a Series 7 license.

Bradley Kavanagh had a Series 6 license with Park Avenue Securities from October 2019 to April 2022.  He was also previously affiliated with Pruco Securities, OneAmerica Securities, and NYLife Securities.  He worked at a Baton Rouge, Louisiana branch office.  Kavanagh also had insurance licenses through Guardian Life Insurance.

Park Avenue Securities is a FINRA member.  FINRA Rule 3110 requires securities brokerage firms to adequately supervise their representatives.  If the firms like Park Avenue Securities fail to provide sufficient supervision, the firms could be responsible for financial damages.
