INVESTOR ALERT! Joshua Stivers of Kalos Capital and Platinum Wealth Advisory in Austin TX

Bradley Tennison, formerly with Geneos Wealth Management, Barred from Securities Industry

Have you lost money with financial advisor Bradley Tennison from Mesa, Arizona?  We are investigating into allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Bradley Joseph Tennison.  FINRA barred Tennison from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation.

FINRA was investigating Tennison regarding allegations that he participated in outside business activity without disclosing such to his former brokerage firm, Geneos Wealth Management.  Geneos then terminated Tennison, after he allegedly sold the client an investment called The Joseph Project.  There is a charity called the Joseph Project, although it is unclear whether Tennison has an affiliation with the Joseph Project.

Bradley Tennison was a registered representative and financial advisor with Geneos Wealth Management from August 2006 to April 2018.  He worked out of a branch office in Mesa, Arizona.  He also was affiliated with Tennison Investments.

Broker-dealers like Geneos Wealth Management have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm, including investments sold by their registered representatives.  Broker-dealers also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations.  When broker-dealers fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
