Chance Carson, with Intervest International Equities, Subject of Five (5) GWG Complaints

GWG Holdings filed for bankruptcy protection in early 2022, which likely means that investors will have suffered significant losses in their GWG investments.  The GWG investments carried significant risk.  If a recommendation to invest in GWG L bonds was unsuitable for a customer, then Carson and Intervest International Equities could be responsible for any investor losses.

Craig Chance Carson has worked in an office in Colorado Springs, Colorado for Intervest International Equities since 2003.  He also has been the subject of two regulatory investigations, including a 2021 SEC investigation where he disgorge $264,000 and paid a $50,000 fine.
