Complaints Against Advisor MICHAEL FASCIGLIONE for Sales of REITs

 Have you lost money with financial advisor Michael Fasciglione, formerly with National Securities Corp. in Mineola, New York?  The Securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into allegations made against Michael Fasciglione, who has been the subject of seventeen (17) customer complaints, four of which were filed within the last year.  The recent complaints allege that Fasciglione made unsuitable investment recommendations in private placements and real estate investments.

Michael Fasciglione was with National Securities Corp. from 2007 to September 2017.  He has also been with Aegis Capital from September 2017 to the preset.   He has worked at branch offices in Mineola, New York.  Fasciglione was also suspended by FINRA for 30 days and fined $5,000 in 2014.

Brokerage firms like National Securities Corp. have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
