Brian Rieman, with Hennion & Walsh, Subject of Five Customer Complaints

 

Have you lost money with financial advisor Brian Rieman of Parsippany, New Jersey?  We are investigating allegations made against Brian C. Rieman.  According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Rieman has been the subject of five customer complaints, all of which were filed within the last three years.  The complaints were lodged against Rieman’s brokerage firm, Hennion & Walsh, making allegations about losses in municipal bonds and corporate bonds.

 

Brian Rieman has been a financial advisor and registered representative of Hennion & Walsh from 2001 to the present.  He works at a branch office in Parsippany, New Jersey.

 

Brokerage firms like Hennion & Walsh have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
