Tammie Farrell, with Capital Investment Group, Subject of Complaints

Did you invest in GWG L bonds with Capital Investment Group?  The investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into allegations made against Tammie Farrell of Franklin, North Carolina, who has been with Capital Investment Group since October 2012.

Three customer complaints were disclosed on FINRA’s BrokerCheck with respect to Tammie Lyn Farrell.  The complaints have all been filed within the last six months.  One of the complaints alleges losses in GWG L bonds.  GWG filed for bankruptcy in April 2022, and investors have suffered significant losses.  The two other complaints allege wrongdoing with respect to private placements, although BrokerCheck does not specify whether these were also GWG investments.

Tammie Lyn Farrell has been in the securities industry since 1994 and has been with Capital Investment Group in Franklin, North Carolina since 2012.  Farrell is also an investment advisory representative with Capital Investment Advisory Services.
