Daniel Hajduk, Formerly with Coordinated Capital Securities, Barred by FINRA

Are you a former customer of Daniel Hajduk, formerly with Coordinated Capital Securities in Mount Prospect, Illinois?  Israels & Neuman is looking into claims made by FINRA against Daniel Hajduk.  FINRA barred Hajduk from the securities brokerage industry after he failed to respond to a FINRA investigation.

The FINRA investigation began as part of its cycle examination of Coordinated Capital Securities, which included a review of some trades that Daniel Hajduk made for Coordinated Capital Securities customers.  Hajduk refused to cooperate for on-the-record testimony, which resulted in Hajduk being barred.

Daniel Hajduk was a registered representative of Coordinated Capital Securities from 1992 to September 2022.  He had been in the securities industry since 1976.  Hajduk was also the subject of four customer complaints and three other prior regulatory investigations.  The most recent regulatory investigation was in 1992, and the most recent customer complaint was in 1989.

As an associated person of a FINRA member, Hajduk was obligated to follow FINRA rules and was required to respond to FINRA investigations per Rule 8210.  Likewise, brokerage firms like Coordinated Capital Securities must reasonably supervise advisors like Hajduk.  If the firms like Coordinated Capital Securities fail to provide sufficient supervision, the firms could be responsible for financial damages.
