Have you lost money with financial advisor Darrell Smith of Memphis, Tennessee? We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. FINRA barred Smith after he failed to respond to an investigation. FINRA was investigating Smith after he was terminated by his former brokerage firm, Wells Fargo. Smith allegedly made unauthorized withdrawals from two customers’ banks accounts.
Darrell Anthony Smith, Jr. was a financial advisor and registered representative of Wells Fargo from June 2017 to January 2020. He worked at branch offices in Memphis, Tennessee.

Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.
