David Neuman Re-Elected to PIABA

Israels & Neuman, PLC is proud to announce that one of our founding and managing partners, David Neuman, has been re-elected to the PIABA (Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association) Board of Directors. David Neuman will be serving his second three-year term on the Board of Directors and has been on the Board since October 2015. Since its formation in 1990, PIABA has promoted the interests of the public investor in all securities and commodities arbitration forums, while also advocating for public education regarding investment fraud and industry misconduct.

A member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association since 2007, Mr. Neuman currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, has served as Co-Chairs of the SRO Committee and Federal Legislation Committees, and was an editor for the PIABA Bar Journal. David Neuman also received PIABA’s Outstanding Service Award in 2014, and he also co-authored PIABA’s report on non-attorney representatives, entitled A Menace to Investors: Non-Attorney Representatives in FINRA Arbitration, published in December 2017.

Mr. Neuman is a partner of the law firm, Israels & Neuman PLC in Seattle, Washington, where he represents individuals in securities arbitration cases. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in November 2005, the State of Florida in April 2010, and the State of Washington in 2014.
