David Neuman of Seattle, WA re-elected to PIABA

Israels & Neuman, PLC is proud to announce that David Neuman, one of our founding and managing partners, has been re-elected to a third term on the PIABA (Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association) Board of Directors.  Mr. Neuman will be serving his third three-year term on the Board of Directors and has been on the Board since October 2015.   He will also be an officer of PIABA, as the Secretary for the 2021-2022 year.

Since its formation in 1990, PIABA has promoted the interests of the public investor in all securities and commodities arbitration forums, while also advocating for public education regarding investment fraud and industry misconduct.

As a member of the PIABA since 2007, Mr. Neuman has served in numerous roles within PIABA.  He has been the Co-Chair of several committees, including the Membership Committee, the SRO Committee, the Legislation Committee, and the RIA Committee. Mr. Neuman previously received PIABA’s Outstanding Service Award in 2014, and he also co-authored PIABA’s report on non-attorney representatives, entitled A Menace to Investors: Non-Attorney Representatives in FINRA Arbitration, published in December 2017.

David Neuman is a partner of the law firm, Israels & Neuman PLC in Seattle, Washington, where he represents individuals in securities arbitration cases.
