David Reynolds from Modesto, California Barred From Securities Industry

 

Have you lost money with financial advisor David Reynolds of Modesto, California?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), against David Lee Reynolds. FINRA barred David Reynolds from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation.  FINRA was investigating Reynolds regarding allegations that he misappropriated customer funds while he was affiliated with Princor Financial Services, also known as Principal Securities.

 

David Reynolds was a financial advisor and registered representative of Princor Financial Services from 2008 to December 2015.  He also worked with Allstate Financial Services from January 2016 to October 2017.

 

Brokerage firms like Princor Financial Services have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
