Gianluca De Berardinis Allowed to Resign By Morgan Stanley

NEW YORK, NY

Are you a former client of financial advisor Gianluca De Berardinis in New York City?  According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck website, he voluntarily “resigned” from his brokerage firm, Morgan Stanley in June.

According to BrokerCheck, Gianluca De Berardinis was alleged to have been involved with “offers or sales of a security not approved by the firm and alleged unapproved disbursements from customer’s account.”  This resignation was made after a customer filed a complaint in June 2023, alleging that funds had been withdrawn without authorization from her account during 2022 and 2023.

Gianluca De Berardinis had been licensed with Morgan Stanley since February 2014.  He worked in New York, New York.  He was also the subject of a complaint made in December 2022 about a structured product.
