Hector Hernandez Barred from Securities Industry
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS Are you a client of financial advisor Hector Hernandez in San Antonio, Texas? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing claims made against Hector J. Hernandez, who previously worked with Money Concepts Capital. FINRA’s Disciplinary Database discloses in November 2023, that Hernandez was barred from the securities industry by FINRA after he failed to cooperate with a FINRA investigation.
FINRA began its investigation when Hernandez “voluntarily resigned” while under internal investigation from Money Concepts Capital. The firm was allegedly investigating Hernandez for failing to disclose an outside business activity involving fixed insurance. Hernandez is also the subject of a 2022 customer complaint alleging misconduct in connection with annuity switches.
Hector J. Hernandez was registered with Money Concepts Capital from July 2012 to December 2021, and with Peak Brokerage Services from December 2021 to April 2022. He worked in San Antonio, Texas.
