Michael Benn, formerly of Cetera Financial Specialists, Barred by FINRA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Michael Benn of Cicero, New York?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Michael J. Benn. FINRA barred Benn after he failed to respond to an investigation regarding allegations that he failed to timely remit funds obtained through payroll deductions into IRAs of at least two employees of his accounting firm.

Michael Benn was a financial advisor and registered representative of Cetera Financial Specialists from September 2004 to January 2017.  He worked at a branch office in Cicero, New York.  Benn was discharged by Cetera Financial Specialists for the same alleged conduct.  He operated an accounting firm called Benn and Company.
