Jason Pintus, Formerly with Monmouth Capital Management, Barred from Securities Industry
POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NEW JERSEY
The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into claims made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Jason Pintus, of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, who previously worked with Monmouth Capital Management from January 2020 to April 2023. FINRA barred Pintus after he failed to respond to an investigation.
FINRA’s AWC attached below, alleges that he served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Monmouth Capital Management and its Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. FINRA was looking into allegations that Pintus potentially falsified documents in response to FINRA’s investigation of another representative at Monmouth Capital Management. Pintus refused to appear for an on-the-record interview with FINRA.
Monmouth Capital Management is a FINRA member. FINRA Rule 8210 provides that representatives like Jason Pintus are required to respond with FINRA investigation. Additionally, Brokerage firms must adequately monitor the conduct of its advisors.
