 John Winslow, Previously with Edward Jones, Barred By FINRA

Are you a former customer of financial advisor John Winslow, formerly with Edward Jones in Gig Harbor, Washington?  The Seattle-based investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into allegations made against John Winslow.  FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, recently barred John Winslow from the securities industry.  FINRA was investigating Winslow regarding allegations that he received money from a client and refused to return the money.  This may have involved gold coins.  In late 2021, Winslow was also discharged by Edward Jones, regarding the same allegations.

From 2013 to December 2021, John Winslow was a representative of Edward Jones.  He also faces a customer complaint regarding these allegations.  Winslow worked at branch offices in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Pursuant to FINRA Rule 3110, Edward Jones has an obligation to sufficiently supervise the acts of its financial advisors.  Any failure by Edward Jones to adequately monitor his activity could result in liability to injured investors.
