Jorge Hernandez Barred from Securities Industry

GLENDORA, CALIFORNIA

Have you invested with stockbroker Jorge Hernandez in Glendora, California? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing claims made against Jorge Hernandez, who previously worked with Gradient Securities.  FINRA’s Disciplinary Database discloses that he was barred from the securities industry by FINRA in October 2023.

In August 2023, FINRA sent a letter to Mr. Hernandez, asking him to provide documents in connection with alleged undisclosed outside business activities.  Through his attorney, he acknowledged that he would not appear to testify as part of the FINRA investigation.

Jorge Hernandez was licensed with Gradient Securities from December 2020 to August 2023.  He was also previously licensed with Woodbury Financial Services.  He worked in Glendora, California.
