Justin Deiter, with Spartan Capital Securities, Subject of Five Customer Complaints

Justin Deiter has been licensed as a securities broker since 2007.  He has been affiliated with a number of firms in the past, including Aegis Capital Corp. and Allied Millennial Partners.   Deiter has also been affiliated with Spartan Capital Securities from January 2020 to the present.  He has worked in offices in Garden City and Melville, New York

Securities brokerage firms have numerous obligations when it comes to investment recommendations, but the primary rules that firms must follow are FINRA Rule 2111 (regarding suitability) and FINRA Rule 3110 (regarding supervision).  If brokerage firms like Spartan Capital Securities, Aegis Capital Corp., or Allied Millennial Partners fail to follow these rules, they could be liable for investor losses.
