Ameritas Investment Corp. Fined $20,000 for Failing to Supervise James Anderson and James Oliver of South Dakota

DAKOTA DUNES, SOUTH DAKOTA – Have you lost money with financial advisors James Anderson and James Oliver of Dakota Dunes, South Dakota?  The Law Firm of Israels & Neuman is investigating allegations made by the South Dakota Securities Division against Ameritas Investment Corp.  South Dakota alleged that Ameritas failed to adequately supervise James Oliver and James Anderson.  Ameritas agreed to pay a $20,000 fine to settle these allegations.
