Lynn Bryant, Formerly with LPL Financial, Barred from Securities Industry
HURST, TEXAS
The investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into claims made by FINRA against Lynn Bryant, formerly with LPL Financial. Bryant, who worked in Hurst, Texas, was recently barred by FINRA from the securities industry after she did not cooperate with a FINRA investigation.
FINRA began its investigation when Lynn Bryant was fired by LPL Financial in September 2022. The brokerage firm alleged that she participated in private securities transactions with clients, meaning that she sold investments that were not approved by her brokerage firm. Generally, a financial advisor must get permission for every product that he or she sells.
Lynn Bryant was a broker with LPL Financial from 2007 to September 2022. She had been in the securities industry since 1999. She worked in Hurst, Texas and also ran Bryant Financial Services.
