Ron Itin, with E1 Asset Management, Subject of $4 Million Complaint

Did you lose money with financial advisor Ron Itin, with E1 Asset Management in Jersey City, New Jersey?  Ron Itin is the subject of two pending customer complaints, one of which alleges losses of $4 million in options and stocks.

Mr. Itin has been with E1 Asset Management since 1999 and works in Jersey City.  In addition, he is the subject of nine other customer complaints between 1996 and 2014.  He also filed for bankruptcy in 2015, was suspended for one month by FINRA in 2022, and was suspended for one month in a supervisory capacity in 2015.

E1 Asset Management and its advisors must make suitable investment recommendations to customers.  If a securities brokerage firm or financial advisor does not make a suitable investment recommendation, they can potentially be responsible for investor losses.
