THOMAS TEDESCHI of Spartan Capital is SUSPENDED

Thomas Tedeschi, Formerly of Spartan Capital, Suspended by FINRA

GARDEN CITY, NY

Have you invested money with financial advisor Thomas Tedeschi, formerly with Spartan Capital Securities in Garden City, New York?  Our securities arbitration law firm is reviewing claims made by FINRA against Thomas J. Tedeschi.  FINRA has suspended Tedeschi from the securities industry for three months and fined him $5,000.

FINRA had alleged that Tedeschi failed to update his Form U4 to disclose that he had been charged with a felony in 2019.  Tedeschi ultimately pled guilty to a reduced misdemeanor charge.  Brokers are required to disclose any felony charges to regulators like FINRA.

Thomas Tedeschi held his securities license with Spartan Capital from December 2017 to February 2022.  Tedeschi worked in a Garden City, New York office.  Tedeschi has also been the subject of customer complaints and a another brief suspension by FINRA in 2016.
