Are you a former client of Tony Bell, formerly with SCF Securities in Sacramento, California?  Israels & Neuman is reviewing claims made by FINRA against Tony E. Bell.  Bell was indefinitely suspended by FINRA in July 2022 because he did not respond to a FINRA investigation.

According to BrokerCheck, FINRA initiated the investigation in July 2022. The suspension began in August 2022 and will continue unless Bell responds.

Tony Bell had been licensed with SCF Securities from 2013 to February 2022.  He worked in offices in Sacramento, California.

Tony Bell has an obligation to respond to FINRA investigations pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210.  FINRA Rule 3110 requires that securities firms adequately monitor their representatives.  If a firm like SCF Securities fails to provide reasonable supervision, the brokerage firm could be responsible for financial damages.
