SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA – Have you lost money with financial advisor Tyler Rigsbee, formerly of Wells Fargo in Sacramento, California?  We are looking into allegations made against Tyler Rigsbee by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.  FINRA barred Rigsbee from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation after his termination from Wells Fargo.

It was alleged that Rigsbee received client funds in his personal account, after being transferred from Wells Fargo to another firm, and then to Rigsbee’s bank account, with the customer’s permission.

Tyler Rigsbee was a registered representative of Wells Fargo from October 2016 to April 2021.  He has worked at branch offices in Sacramento, California.

Brokerage firms like Wells Fargo have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
