Losses with George Bussanich or Metropolitan Ambulatory Surgical Center (MASC)?

George Bussanich, Jr. was a registered representative and financial advisor of Kovack Securities from 2006 to December 2011. He worked at a branch office in Cliffside Park, New Jersey.
Brokerage firms like Kovack Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm. Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.
